Sunflower seeds?

Hi, I'm just asking where can I get sunflower seeds from? Can i buy some from the pet shop? Reason I want to buy some is that i have heard that they have a good source of vitamin E which can reduce migraines.

Well if they are for human consumption - then you definitely do not buy them from a pet store! Usually most big supermarkets in UK sell them or if not a Health store.

well if you want to buy it for a bird you get it from a pet store.


if you want the kind you can eat you cn get them in super makets like : star market,stop%26amp;shop , costco , and sometimes even fruit basket.
Reply:For you try a supermarket or a health food shop, pet shop ones are a lower grade and not suitable for human consumption.
