I saw a diet where part of the afternoon snack is 1/4 sunflower seeds still in the shell, yet I never COULD get the nack of opening those little suckers, and would make a fool of myself while at work! I'd rather buy the shelled ones and measure them out instead. (This is assuming I actually stick to this 3-day thing, of course, and quit listening to my taste buds!)
How many TBs would 1/4 c. sunflower seeds yield, once shelled?
