Bananas grapes sunflower seeds?
Grapes. They're great frozen, too.

Reply:it depends... bananas make you poop less... grapes make you poop more... and I dunno bout sunflower seeds
Reply:Well, since they're all good for you, why not slice a banana, add a few halved grapes, mix with a tablespoon or two of the dressing below, and then sprinkle the whole thing with some sunflower seeds?





That way, you get the best of all worlds and don't have to choose. :-)





Fruit Salad Dressing





1 cup low-fat plain yogurt


2 teaspoons honey


1/4 teaspoon nutmeg


1/4 teaspoon cinnamon


1/4 teaspoon ginger


1/2 teaspoon grated fresh lemon rind





Instructions:





Mix all the ingredients. Chill well.

but i think that bananas are probably the healthiest...

Reply:it depends. health wise bananaa cuz they r high in potassium and many other friuts dont contain alot of potassium. if u r an ice chewer the seeds. grapes if you like grapes.
Reply:Well I think they are all good in their own right, Bananas for potassium, grapes fpr antioxydent and sunflower seeds for Vitamin and Protein.


But for me its grapes.

Banana Ice Cream


Yield: about 1 quart





6 (approximately 2-1/4 pounds) ripe bananas


1 tablespoon fresh squeezed lemon juice


3/4 cup light corn syrup


1 vanilla bean, scraped


1-1/2 cups heavy cream





Place bananas in freezer and freeze overnight. Remove bananas from freezer and allow to thaw for 45 minutes to 1 hour. Peel bananas and place in bowl of food processor along with the lemon juice. Process for 10-15 seconds. Add corn syrup and vanilla bean seeds and turn processor on. Slowly pour in the heavy cream. Process until smooth.





Chill mixture in refrigerator until it reaches 40ºF. Transfer the mixture to an ice cream maker and process according to the manufacturer's instructions. Place mixture in an airtight container and freeze for 3-6 hours before serving.
