Seems that today I ate a lot of sunflower seeds, snacking all day and then eating a veggie burger at lunch which is mostly groundup sunflowers, and here I am now snacking on them again.
Can you overdose on SUNFLOWER SEEDS?
Actually,if the seed is still in the shell,they may lodge in your appendix
